Add a note
Go to CRM → Contacts.
Select ⋮ beside the contact.
Select Add Note.
Enter your note.
Select Save note.
The note is appended to the contact’s existing Notes field.
Good information to record
Notes can include:
Personal preferences
Follow-up context
Conversation outcomes
Important dates
Concerns or opportunities
Information that should be remembered before the next meeting
Avoid storing passwords, financial information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Email a contact
Select the email icon beside the contact.
Jamy opens your default email application with a check-in subject and message. You can edit the message before sending it.
Because this uses your email application, Jamy cannot currently confirm whether the email was sent or track its replies.
Call a contact
Select the phone icon beside the contact.
Jamy opens the calling interface with the contact’s number. Calling requires access to Jamy’s calling functionality.
Current note limitations
Notes are stored as a single text field. Jamy does not currently show:
A separate timestamp for every note
The author of each note
Note editing history
A chronological note activity feed
