How to open Calendar
Log in to Jamy.
In the left-hand menu, click Calendar
Direct link: https://app.jamy.ai/calendar
Note: This used to live under “Reports.” Today, the sidebar has two related items:
Calendar — month/day schedule of meetings and their status
Recordings — list of meeting reports, transcripts, and playback
What the Calendar shows
When you connect Google Calendar and/or Outlook to Jamy, events from that calendar appear here.
The Calendar view includes:
Upcoming meetings from your connected calendar(s)
Manual / instant meetings you added in Jamy (Add Meeting)
Past meetings that were processed (or attempted), so you can open their reports
Each item is shown as a coloured chip with time + meeting name, for example:10:30 AM | Weekly standup
Monthly vs daily view
Monthly view (default)
Full month grid
Navigate months with the arrows next to the month name
Today’s day is highlighted
Up to a few meetings per day are listed; if there are more, you’ll see “X more” → opens that day
Daily view
Click a day number, or open
/calendar/day/YYYY-MM-DDSee that day’s meetings in more detail
For upcoming meetings, use Process meeting and other controls on the card
Meeting statuses & colours
Every meeting is labelled by status. Colours match what you see on the calendar chips and in the meeting modal.
Before the meeting
During / after capture
Problems / skipped outcomes
Older docs listed processing as black. In the current design it is amber.
What happens when you click a meeting
From the meeting modal you can typically:
See title, date/time, platform, participants, and status badge
Toggle Process meeting (for upcoming meetings)
Assign a template (plan-dependent)
Join meeting (when an invite link exists)
Enable live translation (add-on / plan-dependent)
Other controls on the Calendar page
Manual meetings you create here are visible in Jamy Calendar; they are not created on Google/Outlook.
Calendar vs Recordings
Use Calendar to manage what Jamy will join. Use Recordings to find and share finished reports.
Requirements for “To be processed”
A calendar-synced meeting typically needs:
To exist on the calendar connected to Jamy
A valid meeting link
At least two participants
Manual meetings mainly need a valid meeting link.
If these aren’t met, the meeting may appear as Not to be processed (grey).
Quick legend
Blue → Will be processed
Cyan → Scheduled
Grey → Will not be processed
Amber → Report generating
Purple → Report ready
Green → Report sent / done
Slate → Not recorded
Red → Bot not admitted / Deleted
