Search contacts

Go to CRMContacts and use Search contacts....

Search is processed by Jamy’s contact service and can match available contact information.

Filter by status

Use:

  • All

  • Active

  • Pending

  • Archived

Active

Contacts currently in your main network.

Pending

Contacts waiting to be reviewed, often created from meetings or imports.

Archived

Contacts retained in the database but removed from normal active workflows.

Filter by tags

Open All tags and select a tag.

Tags are useful for grouping contacts by:

  • Industry

  • Customer type

  • Event

  • Region

  • Interest

  • Priority

  • Campaign

Sort contacts

Choose:

  • Name A–Z

  • Name Z–A

You can also use the alphabetical sidebar to jump to contacts beginning with a particular letter. Use # for names that do not begin with a standard letter.

Understand the list

The Contacts page displays:

  • Name & Role

  • Company

  • Contact Details

  • Tags

  • Engagement

  • Actions

Engagement information can include:

  • Last activity

  • Meeting count

  • Engagement score

The engagement score depends on information returned by Jamy and may not appear for every contact.

Clear your filters

Use Clear all current filters to reset search, status, tags, sorting, and alphabetical selection.

Use cases

  • Find all prospects from a specific event

  • Review pending contacts after several meetings

  • Locate contacts whose surname begins with a letter

  • Find archived contacts that should become active again
