Where to see statuses
Open Calendar: https://app.jamy.ai/calendar
Monthly view — meetings are color-coded by status
Daily view — click a day to see full meeting cards and controls
Filter by status — above the month grid, filter to one status
Recordings (
/reports) — also shows status pills for reports
Meeting statuses (full list)
Statuses fall into three groups: before the meeting, during/after capture, and problems / skipped.
Before the meeting (you can usually control these)
During / after capture
Problems / skipped outcomes
On Recordings, completed items may also show as COMPLETED when the underlying status is
processed,sent, orcompleted.

Changing whether a meeting will be processed
You can change processing for upcoming meetings that are still editable (typically To be processed / Not to be processed).
You generally cannot toggle status for meetings that are already:
Processing
Processed / Sent / Done
Bot not admitted
Not recorded
Deleted
Those reflect what already happened. For Processed / Sent, clicking the meeting opens the report instead of the status controls.
Monthly view
Go to Calendar.
Click the meeting.
In the meeting modal, find Process meeting.
Flip the toggle:
ON → To be processed (Jamy will capture notes)
OFF → Not to be processed (Jamy will skip)
Confirm the toast: Process Meeting updated.
The calendar refreshes with the new status color.
The modal also shows:
Status badge
Participants
Process meeting toggle + help text
ℹ️ requirements for processing
Optional template, Join meeting, Live translation
Helper text:
Keep this on to capture and process notes automatically.
Daily view
Click the day number (or open
/calendar/day/YYYY-MM-DD).For upcoming meetings, Process meeting appears on the meeting card.
Switch it on or off.
Status updates immediately.
Requirements to be processed
A calendar-synced meeting must meet these (also shown via the ℹ️ icon):
Exists in the calendar connected to Jamy
Has a valid meeting link
Has at least two participants
Manual meetings mainly need a valid meeting link.
If requirements aren’t met, the meeting may stay Not to be processed, and the Process toggle may stay off until you fix the event.
What to do for newer “problem” statuses
Bot not admitted (red)
Jamy attempted to join but wasn’t allowed in.
Try this:
In the next call, admit the Jamy bot from the waiting room / lobby.
Check host/co-host settings that block guests or bots.
Confirm the meeting link is correct and the bot name is recognizable (Settings → Meeting Bot).
For Google Meet, you can also invite
notes@jamy.aiwhen using that path.Re-run with a new/manual meeting if this one already ended without capture.
Optionally create a report later from an audio/video file if you have a recording.
Not recorded (slate)
The meeting happened, but Jamy has no recording to build a report from.
Try this:
Confirm Process was ON before the meeting.
Confirm a valid meeting link and that the bot joined.
Check plan limits (transcription minutes / max meeting length) under Settings → Monthly Limits.
If you have a file or public URL, use Recordings → Create Report.
Processing (amber)
Wait for generation to finish. Refresh Calendar or Recordings. When ready, status becomes Processed (or Sent after sharing).
Deleted (red)
The meeting/report was removed. Create a new meeting or upload a recording if you still need notes.
Filter by status
On the monthly Calendar, use Filter by status to focus on:
To Be Processed
Not To Be Processed
Processed
Sent
On Recordings, you can also filter by:
To Be Processed
Processing
Processed
Sent
Other statuses (e.g. Bot not admitted, Not recorded) still appear on meeting cards with their color even if they aren’t in every filter dropdown.

Summary
Calendar meetings use more statuses than “process / don’t process”: including Scheduled, Processing, Bot not admitted, Not recorded, and Deleted. Use Process meeting to switch upcoming meetings between To be processed and Not to be processed. Problem statuses are outcomes — fix join/access or upload a recording rather than expecting a simple toggle to undo them.
