Open Settings → Team & Users.
Click Invite Member (top right of the Team Members section).
In the Invite a Member modal:
Enter their email address
Select a Role (Admin or Member)
Click Send Invitation.
You’ll see a success message like: Invitation sent to name@example.com.
The invitee receives an email with a link to join your organization. The invitation also appears under Invitations with status Pending.
What the invitee does
Open the invitation email and click the join link.
The signup page looks like:https://app.jamy.ai/signup/invitations/{invitation_id}/{email}Complete the invitation form:
Email (pre-filled, locked to the invited address)
First name
Last name
Password
Repeat password
Meet the minimum password requirements shown on the form.
Click CREATE ACCOUNT.
After success, they are redirected to Login. They can then sign in and use Jamy as part of your organization.
Managing invitations
Open Settings → Team & Users → Invitations.
Each invitation shows:
Email
Role
Sent date
Status
Invitation statuses
Actions for Pending invitations
Managing existing team members
In Team Members, Admins can:
Change a member’s role
Click Edit next to the member.
Choose Admin or Member.
The role updates immediately.
Click Done to collapse the edit panel.
Activate or deactivate a member
Use the Active switch next to the member:
On — user can access Jamy
Off — user is deactivated and cannot use the account
Deactivating a user can free a seat if your plan has seat limits (see below).
Seat limits (AppSumo / limited plans)
If your organization has a fixed number of seats (for example, AppSumo licenses):
Available seats = active users + pending invitations
If all seats are used, Invite Member is disabled
Hover the button to see:
All X seats used. Deactivate a user or remove an invitation to free up a seat.
To invite someone when seats are full:
Deactivate an unused member, or
Cancel a pending invitation
Then try inviting again.
Organizations without seat limits can invite freely.
Quick start checklist
Log in as an Admin
Go to Settings → Team & Users
Click Invite Member
Enter email + choose Admin or Member
Click Send Invitation
Ask the teammate to open the email and create their account
Confirm they appear under Team Members (and invitation shows Accepted)
Best practices
Invite most people as Member; reserve Admin for people who should manage billing, seats, and org settings.
Cancel unused pending invites so seats stay available.
Deactivate accounts for people who leave the company instead of leaving them active.
Resend the invite if someone says they never received the email (check spam/junk too).

Summary
Admins invite teammates from Settings → Team & Users, choose Admin or Member, and send an email invite. Invitees create an account via the invitation link. Admins can resend or cancel pending invites, change roles, and activate/deactivate members. On seat-limited plans, active users + pending invites count toward your seat total.
