Searching, Filtering, and Organising Contacts
Learn how to quickly find people in a large contact database.

Search contacts
Go to CRM → Contacts and use Search contacts....
Search is processed by Jamy’s contact service and can match available contact information.
Filter by status
Use:
All
Active
Pending
Archived
Active
Contacts currently in your main network.
Pending
Contacts waiting to be reviewed, often created from meetings or imports.
Archived
Contacts retained in the database but removed from normal active workflows.
Filter by tags
Open All tags and select a tag.
Tags are useful for grouping contacts by:
Industry
Customer type
Event
Region
Interest
Priority
Campaign
Sort contacts
Choose:
Name A–Z
Name Z–A
You can also use the alphabetical sidebar to jump to contacts beginning with a particular letter. Use # for names that do not begin with a standard letter.

Company
Contact Details
Tags
Engagement
Actions
Engagement information can include:
Last activity
Meeting count
Engagement score
The engagement score depends on information returned by Jamy and may not appear for every contact.
Clear your filters
Use Clear all current filters to reset search, status, tags, sorting, and alphabetical selection.
Use cases
Find all prospects from a specific event
Review pending contacts after several meetings
Locate contacts whose surname begins with a letter
Find archived contacts that should become active again
Review contacts with low recent engagement
